Top 5 Wednesday: Class Reading List

Top Five Wednesdays started on Goodreads back in 2013. At the beginning of every month Sam from ThoughtsOnTomes posts a topic for each Wednesday and bloggers, vloggers and overall book fans are encouraged to respond with their top five.

This week is back to school themed and it’s picking a reading list, the twist is you can theme it however you want. Mine chose is essential YA reads. Since it’s so late that I’m posting (& writing, oops) this, I’m gonna keep it short and sweet listing the books below! Let me know your top five in the comments!

1. The Hate You Give by Angie Thomas

2. I’ll Give You the Sun by Jandy Nelson

3. The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky

4. Dumplin’ by Julie Murphy

5. Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell

Hi! I'm Lindsey, a 20-something book lover living in the Boston area. I have an affinity for YA fiction and and a serious SVU addiction. Hit me up with a book recommendation and it might just become my next obsession. I'm glad to have you on the site and hope you enjoy my future posts.

      1. Ah, that makes sense. I do wish we had read more books in high school about people in college rather than about emperors or royalty. I would have liked to know that not everyone has their stuff together and that people can change their minds without feeling guilty.
