August TBR

I’m honestly not sure what to expect from this month. I’m hoping to go to the beach a couple more times, which means some solid reading days, but the weather here has been iffy at best. I’m also moving late this month and really need to start packing up my shelves as well as the rest of my belongings. I’m thinking I’ll probably give you all a little photo tour once I move into my new place—I meant to with this one but never got around to it. I feel my space is very indicative of my personality so I’d love to share that.

Back to my TBR, this month I’m participating in the Make Me Read It Readathon—see my post here—so once people vote I’m going to have some books to read for that. I’m going to try to do three books for that challenge, I’m just not sure which yet, so I’m keeping this monthly TBR pretty short with three books—and they’re all in a series!

The Dream Thieves; Blue Lilly, Lilly Blue; and The Raven King by Maggie Stiefvater

I started the first book in this series while on my mini-vacation and became so immersed in this world and with these characters. I love my Raven Boys. I know I’m a bit behind on the bandwagon here, but I’m hoping to just plow through the whole series this August.

Let me know in the comments what’s on your TBR for August!

I hope you continue to enjoy the next books in the Raven Cycle quartet! I’ve recently really been wanting to re-read the series but I have so many other books I should probably get to before! As for my August TBR, I signed up to do ARCAugust to make sure I finally make some serious progress with the ARC copies that I have so far! We’ll see how that goes!

Good luck with ARCAugust! It always looks like such a fun event but I’ve been trying to take a break from requesting ARCs for a bit. I’m super excited for the Raven Cycle books, I’ll probably end up binging them within the week.
